At move out it was discovered that, in addition to poor unit condition, the tenant had removed wall board and sawed through the wall studs (structural support) creating structural integrity issues.

Structural issues were remedied by replacing wall studs and reinforcing load-bearing beams.

Kitchen was completely renovated with new cabinets, tile flooring, appliances, fixtures – all at below stock prices.

Outdoor patio deck was replaced with new TREX decking for durability, wear and cost-effectiveness.

Bathrooms were repainted, countertops resurfaced and new fixtures were added which provided an overall open, airy and modern feel to the space.
