The kitchen has a dishwasher, built-in microwave, electric range and oven. It also has plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing appliances and preparing food. The lower deck has outside table/chairs and BBQ; great for cooking and relaxing with family and friends!

On the second floor is the master suite, which has a king size bed, seating area with couch/living room chairs, coffee table, TV, access to a private deck and an adjoining private bathroom. The second bedroom on the 2nd floor has 1 queen and 1 twin XL size bed, nightstands, dresser and a closet.

First floor has 2 additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds.

There is one parking spot in the private garage with coin operated laundry machines.

Summer rental period starts the 3rd week of June and ends after Labor Day weekend.

Winter rental period starts the 2nd week of September and ends the 2nd week of June.
