From the very beginning, management has been amazing and accommodating. I was unable to attend during the apartment viewing dates, so management went out of their way to meet with me on a holiday! The apartment was pristine during the showing and move in. They even went out of their way to clean the carpets again before my move in date! You could clearly see the owners truly care about their property. The dishwasher was brand new, new tile, fixtures, and everything was in great shape. Any time I call Ave with any questions or minor concerns, she always gets immediately back to me via phone or email. Moving into my apartment from a different rental property where the management team did little to no work over the span of 20 years, this new place has been a breath of fresh air and management is so responsive and easy to communicate with. They truly care about their tenants and do all they can to maintain a pleasant place to reside. Management is great about keeping the grounds beautifully manicured and right after move in, new washers and dryers were even installed in the laundry room. After reporting a slight plumbing issue, Ave showed up at my door within 5 minutes of phoning! The repair process was fast, effective and non-intrusive. Most importantly, Ave has made my move-in into my apartment warm, welcoming and extremely comfortable.

My living experience here has always been positive. Whenever I need anything the apartment manager responds quickly and is extremely helpful. Assigned parking is great so I never have to find it. The community is clean and well-maintained as well.

We have been living at our apartment for the past almost 3 years! We are very pleased about everything here; our neighborly, cozy and clean atmosphere, and most of all quick, efficient, friendly support and help we receive from the management. One evening we found out that our garbage disposal was not working. Next morning, we informed the manager, she explained to us what would happen and when it would happen. As she told us, by early afternoon, a professional came and fixed it! DONE! We do call this place our home.

I've lived at my complex for the last 4+ years. It's a small, gated complex and as long as I've lived here there has never been any crime that I am aware of. Recently, we got a new property manager and there has been some nice upgrades such as building painting, new laundry facility that's very clean and nice. The grounds are taken care of weekly. This is a small, well populated complex with very nice, friendly tenants and staff. I had a list of things that needed to be done (touch up paint in the kitchen, small holes in the bathroom, a new light fixture in the hall way.) all things were taken care of within a week. The fast fixes were something I appreciated very much. I had a blind in my bedroom facing the courtyard that had a small piece of the slat missing... It was so small and was one thing that didn't bother me at all but the new property manager preferred they all be the same and ran right over to Home Depot and replaced it the day she saw it. It's small things like that, that make living here nice. It's nice to know if you have any problems or anything they will be handled fast and completed right away. Overall, I have no complaints it's a very nice and quiet place to live. Not to mention we are close to everything.

I have had friends and family come by and visit. They have all commented on how great the new exterior painting looks! I absolutely Love this apt complex! Customer service is fantastic. I have a clogged sink, and it was fixed the very next day! Thank you Ave!

I've been living here for over 3 years, and I am very happy with all the good changes that had been done in the last few months. The laundry facility has been completely upgraded, fresh painting all over the complex, and of course, a much better customer service in case we need anything. I am very satisfied with the new management.

Garden Vista Apartments is a lovely place to live. Small community, quite and clean. For the past two years I had no problem. Everything is well maintained here and from my (limited) experience dealing with the service staff they have all been friendly and done a great job very quickly. I have lived in Orange County for the past ten years, I've been in many rental communities and so far this is the best place. The apartment is nice, fairly and spacious. Walking distance from grocery stores like TJ, Maxx, Home Depot, etc. The complex does not have visitor parking but we do have parking available on the street. The manager of this apartment complex was truly one of the best apartment managers I have had. She is very attentive to residents' needs and always makes sure that everything is taken care of. This complex is what it is because of the management of this property. I highly recommend this apartment complex. It's affordable but really feels like a community. You don't need to talk to everyone, but you know that everyone is looking out for each other. I love you Garden Vista!

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences working with Ave and the management team at our apartment complex. Any issues are resolved promptly and they always follow-up to make sure we are happy with the resolution. The landlord is very present and accessible; I have even seen Ave working on a Saturday morning to plant beautiful flowers around the complex! My complex is a safe, family friendly community and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great rental experience!

This place has been a wonderful place to call home. This family friendly complex is not only clean and quiet but it is a place where I feel safe letting my son play outside. The apartments are spacious and if there is ever anything that needs to be fixed, it is addressed quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend these apartments!

Garden Vista Apartments is a great little community. Currently we are in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit and its great because it is two-story, so it gives us a nice separation from our living quarters. There is also a large patio with plenty of room for a grill and seating. We often invite friends on the weekends to watch the games and enjoy a barbecue lunch. The outside is tidy and the grass is well-maintained. The buildings are a little older, but there is plenty of space and the property managers upkeep the insides, so it is a great value for the price of rent. The two-bedroom units also come with two parking spots and the complex is gated, so its very safe. The laundry room is clean and there are enough machines for the amount of apartment units. Overall, we have been very satisfied with our unit.
