Bathrooms had dry-rot/water leakage issues and outdated vanities, bathtubs and fixtures.
Bathrooms were stripped to the studs, plumbing was repaired, unexpected electrical issues were addressed, new hardybacker applied and modern bath tiles were installed. The old toilets and vanities were removed and replaced to give the rooms an updated look.
In the living room/dining area dingy old carpet and 1970's Spanish tile were replaced with light, modern tile that noticeably brightened the room and added a larger, more friendly look.
The old living room window was replaced with an expansive french door that provided functionality and added aesthetics.
