Apartment Complex Exterior Painting 2013

Property condition consisted of faded/chipped paint and stucco, weathered and termite damaged fascia boards and dry rot.

Building stucco and dry rot/termite damaged fascia boards were replaced. Stucco was repainted in a cream color, offset by dark trim.

Weathered wall shingles were replaced/repainted to provide a uniform, clean, new look.

Weathered wood decorative fencing was replaced with fresh, clean, cream-colored vinyl fencing.

Weathered/broken wooden privacy slats in common areas (trash area) were replaced by vinyl slats, providing a clean, updated and nicely finished look. Additionally old broken mailboxes were replaced with new upgraded mailboxes.

Job was finished by completely repainting all hand railings and metal gates.
